Aisha, Chris and I after we finished Cindy this morning. No PR's (I tied mine), but considering our lack of pullups lately, a good effort from everyone!
I am a certified Crossfit trainer (level 1). I do my own programming here, but it is based on the CrossFit methodology developed by Greg and Lauren Glassman. I'm planning on applying for Crossfit Affiliate status within the next few months, and then I'll post more detailed blog posts. Suffice it to say, I certainly don't want to a) be accused of doing anything without giving credit where it is due, and it is due to the Glassman's, and b) don't want to be too vague about what we are doing here, but at this point no money is changing hands while I stockpile equipment and get my ducks in a row so I don't really see the harm in doing this blog. If you disagree, feel free to let me know. If you are interested in checking out what we are doing, please post to comments and I'll get in touch with you.
